Before making payment:

1. Copy the web link of the product and paste it into the space provided in the form.                         

2. After payment, please provide the UPI Reference No. in the designated space on the form.                                                             

3. Please type Yes/No in Cash on the delivery option.                                                                

4. If the COD option is selected, yes, then copy your UPI reference number and paste it into the space provided in the form.            

5. If the COD option is selected no, then leave the space as it is.​​
