SKIA NIRMAANAM was established in 2020. It was not planned to start a construction company. The reason behind the establishment was the poor planning of the middle-class family to construct or renovate their dream home. After a survey of middle-class societies, SKIA NIRMAANAM found out the solution that until and unless these people are not made aware of the Construction By Law of their respective state, they will not be living their dream home, although they will have shelter on their head, but that structure can't keep them safe for long periods of their life.

The local contractor has monopolized the society with their work profile, which results in the poor construction of a structure. Our ancient history is the best example. They did deep and accurate planning with accurate calculations before every construction, and the centuries have passed, but still, the structures are invincible.
